Hello Friends and First-Time Visitors!  Nihau, Konichiwa, Bonjour.  My name is Sandra "Kazuko" Chang and welcome to the Emperor Realty Group about me page.  I know that there are many real estate agents out there for you to choose from, but if you have the time, I would like to tell you a little more about me and what makes me different.  And then you can see for yourself why I am the right choice for your real estate needs. I am happily married with my husband and associate, John Bell an have been for more than 15 years and we both have been San Diego residents for a very long time.  I have lived in San Diego for over 20+years now, and John is a San Diego native--born and raised in La Jolla.  We now currently live in Carmel Valley and love it here!  I grew up in Taiwan and moved to the United States in 1969.  This has come in handy, for I can speak Mandarin Chinese, Taiwanese, Japanese and of course English.  I understand the importance of everyone's culture and the role it plays in any business dealing, let alone an important transaction like real estate. I have two wonderful children, Aaron and Amy.  My son Aaron is the CEO and a REALTOR broker of Emperor Realty Group.  He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and an expert in real estate marketing.  My daughter, Amy, is studying for her literature Ph.D. at the University of California, Berkeley.  Oh, I also have two other family members...my darling cats, Midori and Shelby. My husband, son and I formed Emperor Realty Group, Incorporated in 2005 with the ideal that we could offer the same professional services at a more friendly and personal level.  In addition, the majority of my clients are bilingual from many different nationalities--so, it's important for us to speak the language.  Whether you are a first time buyer, or a seasoned veteran at real estate investments, it's good to have an expert who can literally translate the finer details present in all real estate documents and help guide you through your most important decisions.  I look forward to working with you and making a new friend!
